How to import to GoodNotes:
1. Save the planner to iCloud, Dropbox, or Google Drive
2. Open the GoodNotes app on your iPad
3. In the GoodNotes library, click on the "+" sign and select "Import"
4. Choose the location where you saved the file (iCloud, Dropbox, or Google Drive)
5. Select the file and it will download into the GoodNotes Library
6. Click on the planner cover to open it
